Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. Submissions must be in English and should not exceed 12 pages in Springer LNNS format. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least three program committee members. Papers must be submitted in Word or LaTeX format following the Springer templates. Publication & Indexing

All accepted and presented papers at ICACSE 2025 will be published in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) series (ISSN: 2367-3370)*. The proceedings will be available on SpringerLink and indexed in Scopus, DBLP, Google Scholar, and other major databases.

SPECIAL SESSION PROPOSAL

ICACSE 2025 solicits proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Special-session proposals must be submitted by the prospective organizer(s), who will be responsible for promoting the session and managing the review process as Chairs or Co-Chairs of the session.

Proposal Requirements

  • Title of the session
  • Name(s) of the organizer(s)
  • Email of the main contact person
  • Brief bio(s) of the organizer(s)
  • Brief description of the session
  • Related topics that align with the conference themes
  • Potential participants for the session
  • Draft of the Call for Papers (CFP) (please download and use the template at the provided link)
  • Publicity and promotion plan for the session
  • Report on past editions of the special session (if applicable), including the number of submitted and accepted papers, attendee count, etc.

Papers submitted to special sessions will undergo the same peer-review process and be evaluated based on the same criteria as the regular conference sessions.
